Best piece of business advice: Seek the friendship and knowledge of those who are different than you.
How I find strength during adversity: I try to realize that it’s not permanent. Then I make a plan and solve the problem.
How I find inspiration: I try to find something to do in solitude that allows me to focus without thinking. I play music, run, workout, drive, cook or find somewhere outdoors where I can get lost for a while.
Morning ritual: I drink three cups of coffee, eat two eggs and some fruit, and I flip between the news and sports channels.
