OUR MISSION: To offer honest and personalized hearing care that is ultimately life-changing.
OUR MOTTO: Life is built on conversations, and hearing well means living well.
WE’VE LEARNED THE HARD WAY: Exceptional hearing care is as much about the service as it is about the technology in the hearing aids. When an audiologist takes the time to truly listen, educate, and tailor each solution, patients hear better and succeed long term. Technology is important, but real success with hearing aids is more about tailoring the product to each individual patient’s unique listening needs. We don’t just program hearing aids to the results of the hearing test, we have learned that we also need to prepare the patient for the process and allow the brain time to re-engage with new sounds it hasn’t had the ability to fully process in years. If fit correctly, hearing aids can offer greater clarity, improved communication, and a more effortless and natural listening experience.
OUR REAL JOB DESCRIPTION: As audiologists, we treat hearing loss daily, but as wives of husbands with hearing loss, we also understand firsthand the impact hearing loss has on everyday life and relationships. We both have personal perspectives that help us tailor solutions with empathy, insight, and what truly works in real life.
THE SECRET TO GOOD BUSINESS HERE: Relationships and trust. We both live here and have raised our families here. We enjoy taking care of and visiting with our patients because they are our community and share many of our same interests. The best referral we can get is when a patient trusts us enough to tell a friend or family member to come see us.
