OUR MISSION: To provide a clean-food approach to a fast-casual experience. I am so proud that our concept can satisfy dietary requirements for everyone and be a community meeting place with a menu that truly offers something for everyone. Whether you are seed-oil-free, paleo, vegan, or just like knowing what is in your food, we love being the place that makes you feel good because of what you’re eating.
WE OFFER: A burrito bar, breakfast bar, and coffee drinks. Our fresh food eatery sources both organic and local food when in season, and our coffee bar sources locally roasted beans, local milk, and organic cane-sugar syrups.
OUR PHILOSOPHY: To promote positive change within the sustainable farming initiatives, supporting farms and individuals with like standards. We believe in keeping our farmers close.
MY TOOLS OF THE TRADE: Black cold brew, egg tacos, and a big hug from my kids and husband.
MY REAL JOB DESCRIPTION: Mother to two beautiful children, tennis enthusiast, scratch golfer, and wife to my amazing business partner, Michael.
THE SECRET TO GOOD BUSINESS IN SAVANNAH: Savannah has so many incredible women-owned businesses. I was so impressed that around every corner was a woman behind a great concept. Go out and meet these women!
FAVORITE QUOTE: “Pressure is a privilege.” – Billie Jean King
I’VE LEARNED THE HARD WAY: Nothing worth having comes easy. You have to truly want it. Whatever that “it” is, goals take dedication, desire, and a little bit of luck to accomplish.
