- SavannahMagazine.com: 728×90, 300×250, 300×600
- E-newsletters: 135×285
File Type, File Weight and Flash Design Specs
- File Weight: 40k (.swf – Flash), 30K (.gif, .jpg, .png – Static)
- Flash versions 7, 8 and 9 (AS 2 only) allowed.
- Flash Companion Creative: All Flash ads must have a static backup gif or jpg ad included to be served on browsers that do not display flash.
- Animation: Animation cannot exceed 15 seconds. Animation can begin again on mouse over, but must stop immediately on mouse off.
- Looping: Banners cannot loop.
- Flash Transparency: Flash ads must have a transparent background.
- Frame Rate: Frame rate may not exceed 24 frames per second. Banners that exceed 24 frames per second will not be accepted. 12 frames per second is recommended.
- Onload play audio is not permitted in flash ads. Sounds played on click are allowed.
- Border: Creative must have a distinct border to clearly identify where the page ends and advertisement begins.
- For best results, we recommend having the button encompass the entire ad area throughout the entire timeline. Buttons must have the clickTAG expression (see below) in place of embedded URLs.
Flash Click Tag
On Flash (.swf) ads, ActionScript for the Click Tag needs to be on there for people to be able to click on the banner and access our banner tracking code.

Campaign Delivery Fulfillment Specifications
The software used to schedule and track impressions is set to deliver impressions within a standard margin of error. Completed campaigns which have delivered within a seven percent margin (i.e., + or -) will be considered to have been delivered in full. In addition, when advertisers run multiple online impression based campaigns during a month, the combined total number of impressions delivered for a given ad type will be compared to the total number of online impressions ordered to determine if ordered impressions have been fulfilled.
